cool, how come you support sampdoria if you live in ireland? did you live in italy, like the old team, or were they the first ever team you saw play?

^^No never lived in Italy or anything like that.I started supporting them when i was 6 or 7. They had won the serie a in 1991 and were beaten by Barcelona in the 1992 European Cup final. There was a team poster of them in Shoot magazine around that time as well.i just decided to support them as my Italian team after that. They had so many great players.And also because they used to show highlights of serie a matches here back then, which i used to watch.I have supported them longer than i have supported Liverpool

yea, gazetta football italia of channel 4 back in the day. then i wondered why they never used to show it. eventually i got sky and realised the show had been moved to bravo.

they stopped doing that show and now on channel 5, theres a show called football italiano, which is just serie a highlights rather than a magazine show. better than nothing i guess.

always liked juventus and used to like parma. i also like inter milan and ac milan, inter by a bit more. but milan have some really good players like kaka, pato, gattuso, inzaghi, ronaldo (dont care what any1 says, hes a living legend).
