I've heard that coriander seed and garlic are supposed to help...so I've been putting coriander on everything. Garlic...eh not so much :/ also flax seed oil.

Is it supposed to work bc I don't really notice a difference in my lipid/liver panel? I don't want to take pills...what are other natural ways to lower it besides eating right and exercise bc I already do that?

of course you may want to consume less salt (sodium) in your diet. and i did hear that wine with the occassional meal can help lower cholesterol.

how about dont eat fatty foods?? that's almost surefire... unless it runs in your family...
It runs in my family...
cheerios is my favorite cereal...but I haven't been eating it lately

You have to lose weight, fatty.
Lol...shut up

You might need to eat less meat. Why are you asking did a doctor tell you your levels were too high?
I've checked myself...and yes she told me as well. But she's quick to write a script for everything...and I'm not going to take pills.

I probably do eat a lot of salt...I know I do actually. I'll try to cut salt.

try to have as much variety in your diet as you possibly can. i mean, how active are you? do you go to gym or play sports much, do a lot of walking etc?

I figured out what it is...I think. I was looking through my refrigerator and I never thought to look at hot sauce bc it has no calories...so I thought I could eat hot sauce forever and never get fat.
It has like 200mg in each teaspoon and I eat a lot more than a teaspoon. Also soy sauce has like half the daily value of sodium in one tablespoon. So I guess I can't have condiments anymore...and that sucks bc I eat hot sauce on EVERYTHING :( I just wanna die now.

You learned an important lesson: Just cause something is supposed 2 have no calories, it doesn't mean it's healthy!!! I hate all that low carb bs, I seriously do.

lol I'm not on a low carb diet or any diet for that matter but I do pay attention to calories and fat and now...sodium.
