Kobe Bryant became the youngest player in NBA history to reach 20,000 points when he made a 3-pointer Sunday early in the third quarter of the Los Angeles Lakers' game against the Knicks.

The basket gave Bryant 20 points and allowed him to reach the milestone at 29 years, 122 days. Before him, only Wilt Chamberlain (29, 134) and Michael Jordan (29, 326) had gotten there before turning 30.
Bryant needed 811 games to reach 20,000 points, 15th-fastest in league history. Chamberlain did it in 499 games.

Gotta mention AI.

Has played (only) 775 games and has 21,561 points.

1st active leading scorer (ppg) and 2nd leading scorer total points (behind Shaq)

4 times league leading scorer and 3 times (that I know of) that he had an exceptional season and was runner up when he had a potential league leading avg.

Depending on the years they've got left, both Kobe and AI will end up in the top 10 all-time scorers in total points. AI may be able to sustain the 3rd highest scoring average of all-time.

LB James can reach 20,000 at his 27th.

He's 23 and will end this season with 10,000+ points. He's pretty consistent in scoring 2000+ per year.
