I've started working out regularly about two weeks ago. The first week, I started doing lots of exercises for my abs the first two days(six-pack photo coming '08 ladies) and now I've been unable to do them again. First, I thought I was just sore, but the soreness didn't go away and it hurts too much to even do a single sit-up. If you'd look it at it from a six pack point of view, it'd be the lower two muscles that just really fucking hurt. Not sore type of pain, but like sharp pain. Anybody know what the deal is?

your body isn't use to this type of exercise, your working core muscles that haven't been used in god knows how long lol. the pain will ease, next time just don't do so many at once. build up gradually.

wheres your 6 pack SOFI? :)

you better be doing those bicycle crunches. do those fuckers twice a week for the next 3 months or so, along with some leg raises and you should have a 6 pack. Dont waste your time with sit ups.
