Brock Lesnar about to sign with UFC

#1
Brock Lesnar is about to sign with UFC, and it's an interesting marriage. Lesnar is a heavyweight, and there's not too many people leftx in that division. Randy Couture is a huge star right now, but then what? If Dana signs Fedor, then Brock can be Captain America and fight the big Russian, but after Randy and Fedor, there really isn't anyone else. Gonzaga would be an interesting matchup, but the personalities are boring. Brock should use legendary original ECW creative mastermind Paul Heyman as his spokesman, since Heyman's interview ability in wrestling was such a key to Brock becomming a big star. Heyman dubbed Brock "The Next Big Thing," and the name stuck to this day. Either way, I am anxious to see what Brock can do in the cage, and it's going to be interesting whether he wins or loses.

I have a strange feeling he will certainly get his ass kicked. Maybe in standup he will do okay, but once you bring a big man to the floor, they just don't know how to grapple, especially the likes of a Randy Couture. He still needs training. If he does sign with UFC, the MMA world just got more interesting.

But remember, Brock use to be a wrestler (not just WWE wrestling, REAL wrestling). The heavyweight division has some potential if they sign more Pride fighters. Crocop is disappointing right now, but maybe he needs to get into the groove of fighting in an octagon. If Fedor comes he'll probably dominate the UFC, his striking ability and ground skills are the best. Rumor has it that if Fedor does come to the UFC he'll be fighting Randy Couture in a Champion-Vs-Champion fight.

Sure he's big but I dont think he can really move and fight well.

Check out this video, look at him throwing punches into the bag, he just seems a little to awkward.

And to boot the wear and tear of being a wrestler does kill you're body fake or not. They are traveling year in year out, living in hotels, eating junk food, not properly resting and that is why Brock quit the WWE. The only good thing or two I should say is that Brock is relatively young and could maybe learn a couple of grappling moves that could be useful for him, not his high school wrestling days.

But he ain't in the same league as Couture nor Fedor.

it would be interesting to see Brock in UFC, but i have a feeling he won't do all that well. it will certainly raise the interest in UFC, so from a PR standpoint it would be a great move to bring him in. but i can't see him dominating anyone like Couture, Fedor, or even Crocop.

Speaking of CroCop what the fuck is up with him? He is suppose to be the next big thing for UFC and has lost 2 straight. I wonder if they already got him scouted especially when he uses his legs, that is what he is known for.

Well he injured his ankle when Gonzaga knocked him out and then Kongo gave him a cracked rib so it's understandable if he's not up to his usual standard.
