Am I cheap because most of my console games are pre-ownd? I all ways buy pre-ownd games, there are a few exception when it comes to legendary games (MGS, GTA, etc), but 9/10 games I buy are pre-ownd. Its a great way to build up a collection, normally I get 2 for £20/£30 every week.

Do you buy only brand new copies?

Discuss.

I only buy brand new games if I can't wait to play it which is rare. I buy most of my games used on EBAY. Used games is where it's at.

i have had nothing but bad luck with used games. they are scratched up to hell and don't work most of the time. one game i wanted so bad, after buying a used version and come to find out it didnt work i had to buy it new.

I only buy pre-owned from stores (GAME/Game Station) in the local shopping centres, this way, if the game is fucked, I can take it back. I have had a couple of games that were too scratched to play and they've either replaced it with another pre-owned copy or gave me a refund.

Gamestop is alot better than EB here in the states. Every time I have purchased a used game on EBAY it has been brand new quality. All my games are from there.

we don't have pre-owned games stores that i know of, i'd have to order from the net.

i prefer them brand new anyway. i'm the type of sucker that could pay twice the price for something that's only marginally better.

nah the controllers are cool. if you haven't tried it, you can't comment it. honestly i own one, and the controller is made that you can play with only one hand. the graphics are aight. at first when they said they werent focusing on the graphics before releasing it i thought they would be shit. but they are better than i thought. of course its doesnt compete with the 360 or the ps3. but whats really amazing about the wii is the gameplay.

I got a Wii when it first came out and it got some play at first........and now it's just sitting there collecting dust! Honestly theres no game out right now that really makes me wanna go play the damn thing. So until Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles comes out, it's gonna continue just sitting there. I've noticed that the Wii is enjoyed a whole lot more by little kids and the female gamers.
