Depens a lot on how severe it is - if you have serious problems but still want to pratice hard I'd suggest to see a doctor. He can give ya sprays and stuff that would help in case of an attack during pratice etc....

No, I personally don't have asthma....yet. ;)

Do you use your inhaler regulary or just if you are in need? Have you tried 2 inhale on days where you're out of breath after a short while? does it help?

I dunno if u should ever stop using your inhaler man.Obviously i dont know how serious your asthma was but my sister has had asthma all her life. She has bad asthma and about two years ago she stopped using her inhaler because she felt she wasn't as bad anymore and that she didnt need. Then, just after christmas this year she got a severe asthma attack and according to our doctor she was lucky not to die.I dont think asthma really ever goes away.

My asthma developed over the last 3 years or so.Its not as severe as my sisters. Its must be occupational asthma or something.I was only diagnosed with asthma by my doctor about 2 months ago.

Another thing i wanted to ask is and i might as well ask it here without making a new thread:

Whats an effective way of losing stomach fat as quick as possible.I have a small bit of excess fat just around my stomach.I want to slim down. You wouldnt notice it to look at me though,.

I have asthma. I don't usually use my inhaler. I've only had one severe asthma attack but it was realllly cold outside. It doesn't affect my workout...it's only bad when I'm sleeping or laying down...I can't really breath that well.

AND you can't spot reduce anything. Weight training works for me tho.

I've had asthma since I was five years old. I take albuterol and Advair daily. I do alot of cardio so it doesn't really effect me when I work out. I hit my albuterol and Advair on the regular anyway. It affected me alot more when I was younger though. I used to be really jerked. Had breathing treatments and all that shit.
