low carb/calorie healthy take out ideas...

I been on a diet for the past few weeks cuz I gained like 10-15 pounds in the past year... I lost about 7 pounds so far (havent lost shit in a couple days though) and all im eating is basically bananas, yogurt, salad, tuna, chicken cutlets, pasta, and drinking water.. Once inawhile I eat a snack like pretzels or a ice cream pop... Also I've been exercising alot more... About 30 - 40 minutes a day.. I try to eat only 1,000-1,500 calories a day.. It sucks but i know its only temporary..

I think if you just eat less calories and exercise more you should be able to lose a couple.

It sucks the 1st week but you get used to it.. I look at food as "fuel" now.. kinda weird.

im definatly look like i lost wieght, ive been gettin compliments and stuff...

im doing exactly what my friend did he lost 40 lbs in like 2 months...

and i lied it was like a week and a half.

look man, when i train basketball players here is h ow we work the diet if you want to drop weight.

grilled chicken, salads, water only

stay away from anything with sugar and salt

they key is to burn more calories than you take in during the day, and make sure your eating small meals (6-7) throughout the day, dont eat one big meal because ull cause a metabolism spike and itll slow down. no soda, iced tea, gatorade (contains sugar), water, water, water and more water.

run! workouts when you first wake up burn 2 times as many calories and have a synergistic affect throughout your body, raising ur metabolism throughout the day

finally, no eating after 8 pm, and get 8 hours a sleep everynight.

careful with the ripped fuel, we keep our players away from it, it causes blood pressure to rise to unsafe levels and any undetected minor heart ailment can cause a heartattack or other issues.

yeh im pretty much doin everything you just said, its workin pretty good...down 13 lbs now. Ive drank nothing but water in the last 12 days or so. My piss has been clear for a quite a while now...

Story, since you train basketball players and that is what I play daily can you throw me a quick workout routine for players. Would be very helpful.
