People said Trump wouldn't win and laughed when I said he would.

Unfortunately I think Trump will win again.
It's too early to say for sure. Trump has his base and that isn't going to change. Getting people behind Biden is going to be the problem and he can do a lot to fuck that up before the vote. He has a pretty good lead in the polls so far, with old voters as well, so that is good. It just fucking sucks that these are the two candidates we can come up with. We could've had Bernie :(

Blame the fuckers who don’t vote. Young voters think going on Reddit and shitting in Trump is the same as voting. They think following Bernie social media accounts and circle jerking is voting. They do everything but go to the polls.

I think a good number of conservatives changed heir tune about Trump after the the COVID response and some more did again after the protests. A lot of Christian friends of mine in the South that are right or right leaning seem to start to see some of the light of the BLM movement. I think a lot confusion stems from the rioting and looting where people with even a sliver of sense of nuance can support BLM and also question the rioting and looting. Your radical lefties seem to think caring about small businesses and the livelihoods of their owners automatically disqualifies you from supporting BLM. Or fighting against police brutality. This is going to push people away from openly supporting and fighting for justice and change.

To be honest, I think Bernie was going to struggle with older voters. The circle jerk was by people under 50, I feel. Had Biden not taken the nominee, i feel like a lot of his voters would vote Trump.

That's the thing though, most people thought Bernie would've got the younger crowd to vote and that could easily win an election. There isn't much turnout for the primary as is but they definitely didn't come out enough for that.

And you know what? If we, collectively, don't vote, then we deserve whatever we get. I wasn't a believer in the doomsday predictions in 2016 about Trump and things still didn't quite pan out the way some hysterics predicted, but he still turned out to be shittier than I thought he would be.

If that's not enough to mobilize people, then they deserve it. The uneducated poor will fall for Trump's bullshit; no reason college-educated folk should and neither should older people who have life experiences that should have taught them better. Unless they all think they're one step away from being millionaires and being a part of the elite class

Nascar banned the confederate flag lul
Columbus statue came down. And the founder of the Panthers franchise had his statue taken down by his successor. And then the Milligan statue in London.

You know you're on the wrong side of history when NASCAR goes "yeah, let's take this down."

Yeah, there is a lot happening. The Nascar thing is just hilarious though.

This stuff is cool and all but I'm hoping a lot of this legislation passes, and continues to improve after that

People are too busy fighting on Facebook to go out and do something. Sure, people made snide remarks as their statuses, but it wasn't nearly as bad as the past two weeks. For me, at least. It's gotten ugly between the people on my friends list, something I didn't see in the 2016 elections nor a few months back with the stay at home orders.

I know every election year has its issues but this year's is looking to be even more fucky than 2016 was. Both candidates have real shitty pasts but are going to convince the nation that they're less shitty than the other one. Add the fear of the second wave of the virus and people already having a tough time trying to get their votes in, I think the bullshit began with the coronavirus earlier this year and it's going to be pedal to the metal until January of next year.

I feel people's opinions have changed, politically, but as we discussed earlier, it means fuck all if they don't vote or their votes don't end up counting.

If Biden lives that long, the main problem is going to be voter suppression by Republicans and covid-19 making it hard for many to vote. If Trump wins that will be the reason. Look at the mess last Tues in Georgia. 2-5 hours to vote in black neighborhoods. And they can definitely mess with the votes by mail. Then who knows what these protests are going to lead to by Nov. Trump declaring marshal law and cancelling the election?

I know, any of the last few primaries have been ridiculous. Isn't it wild that Biden came out and said the military would remove Trump if they had to, like, that had to be said. Trumps already testing the waters for an election fraud claim, we'll see what happens

Texas and Florida are getting fuuuuucked. I'm not even sure the NBA will be able to finish the season and/or their playoffs before they'll be forced to shut down.

And everyone is talking about the NFL season as if it's about to happen but I think the cancellation of the HOF game, albeit a preseason game, is just the NFL trying to soften the blow of an NFL season not happening.

Yes, but most people seem to not give a fuck because for some reason believing in science is a political stance to take
I have an awesome business idea that I'm pretty sure has to have already been thought of. Make MAGA face masks and sell them to retarded white people and tell them it'll own the libs by keeping them quiet from yelling at them for not wearing a mask and also proudly displaying their support for Trump to further trigger the libs.

I'd also make these from my worn boxers but they won't know because those rednecks probably already fucking stank.
