^^i think he started bad there but towards the end of the season before last he put in some great performances and he was arguably their best player last season. Most Newcastle fans speak highly of him now. i guess we will see how gets on this season though.

It was in the Daily Star today that Drenthe was moving to Liverpool and had that quote in the article lol Their source was that fb page. goal.com also had an article on it today.

pity these idiots cant stick to what they are payed well to do. pathetic:

maybe this is why neither player isnt living up to their potential. maybe they'd be better of spending some extra hours on the training pitch as opposed to recording this rubbish.

that Man CIty squad looks like a mess. i can see it being a disaster for them this season. too many egos in that squad. not a chance of keeping them all happy especially if Balotelli joins.

A lot of teams have that amount of players. The new rules being brought in allow a first team squad of 25 with 8 of these I believe, having to be "home grown". Home Grown doesn't necessarily mean English though. Cesc Fabregas, for example, is homegrown. They are also allowed as many players under 21 as they want in the first team squad.

Man City will have to get rid of a few players, as will quite a few clubs, but it isn't as difficult as it seems. I think that a lot of teams will be picking up bargains from Man City.

this is fucking crazy. that those cunts accepted a bid for Insua of 4 measly million.

Man Utd bidded for this player before Fiorentina made their bid but Purslow rejected it. So if Ferguson thinks Insua is a player with potential then why the fuck have we accepted a bid for him?

Sums up whats happening at the club right now. I really hope the deal with Fiorentina falls through and he stays put.

btw the bid for Insua was accepted by Purslow after Rafa left and Hodgson came in. THere are rumours that Hodgson doesnt want Insua to join Fiorentina and has made this known to him hence the reason Insua is demanding big wages.
