the Beats By Dre line are among the best on the market for sound quality. You get what you pay for.

I've never heard of these things. Isn't it better to get something from a professional company? Like.. Shure? They're known for best sound quality in a similar price.

The Dre line had considerable investment from Interscope/Jimmy Iovine and was developed over a long period of time. I've heard nothing but good things about them aside from the price. Aside from that, your point is valid.

Those Diddy ones probably suck ass for sound quality.

The Diddy ones are made by the same people that made the Dre ones.

The Dre ones are good. They exaggerate bass a little which don't make them the best for mixing (although they are still pretty dope).

I would recommend the ATH M50s (google them) for listening or mixing, they absolutely rock.

My bad. I didn't look at that link, I see that the Diddy ones are by the same company. In that case, they're probably more or less the same, but I'd still go with the Dre ones. That $30 difference will be noticeable.

The Shure ones are definitely good also.
