Use the free app 'Linda File Manager' to install the .apk file.....open it with that program and select 'Package Installer'

oh which reminds me casey.

why would you say 'linda file manager' is the best file manager app?

astro looks much improved, i saw the screenshots and it looks very user friendly. i think it has more downloads and if i remember correctly better ratings too.

Ok, I got it onto my sd card, I opened my appmanager app and it is not there for me to install but when I look at the sd card it is saved on there...any ideas?
Also make sure you have enabled installation of apps not downloaded from the market if you havent done so all ready.

here's the home screen picture i have on my BlackBerry Curve, bear in mind i couldn't take a picture of my phone screen with my phone, so i'll post a picture of the home screen image and an example of what the home screen looks like



+ this without the blue





edit: wow that's a big ass picture lol, basically it's a photo of the 3rd brake light of my car used as the home screen image for my phone
