Ronaldinho likes to party too much. For an elder player, I think Dunga expected much more from him in leadership terms. Ronaldinho could only lead a team into a strip club. He is a great individual player but Dunga seems not to want any individual stars in this Brasilian squad but rather a squad who plays like a unit and together for each other.

Apart from South Africa, Ghana is prolly the individually least talented African country in this world cup, but because they play as a team they're winning. Good stuff. They're organised, disciplined, they have a plan on offense. It's good to watch imo. I wish all the African nations possesed these qualities. They would do so much better.
Uruguay - Korea wasn't a poor match either. The Koreans really did well, good technical team but they lacked a killer upfront. Uruguay was more effective. Suarez' second goal was total fap.

I think Dunga put together a very good squad. Maybe they don't play the traditional "joga bonito" that we all fantasize about, but they're not exactly the Swiss or Greeks either. It's still Brazil.
I'm hoping quarterfinal Nethies - Brazil will be the match of the tournament. Of course I'm hoping we'll win, but a high-scoring, intense game would be awesome.

Every one in Brazil was cursing Dunga for calling ronaldinho in the first place, during the first Dunga selection.
He was on a really bad year and doing NOTHING for Brazil's squad.
So Dunga got tired and let him off.
Pato wasnt even being mentioned, well, for at least 90% of Brazilians fans.
We dont think he can play at a high level in a WC, and he didnt have good performances when he had a chance.
Ronaldinho lately was a 50-50 opinion, because he can make a difference in one single play, even if he stays the entire game just walking around. And Brazil's lacks of genius players, something we always had.
Anyway, the other big controversy was Ganso, he plays for Santos and him and Neymar (better then Robinho, but to young) were just AWESOME this year.
Everyone was asking for Ganso, because he is young but plays so damn well, and it would be a nice experience for him to make it to the WC because in 4 years he would be the "10", the leader in Brazil's World Cup.
Our team is getting old and with a defensive style that never was a characteristic.
And theres no apparent renovation going on, we´re relying on Kaka (injured) and Robinho (very good, but not 100%) after that, we just have defensive players.
Anyway, this selection of players is getting a lot of criticism, but they managed to win every single competition they played, so its a very strong group. Without parties, lazy ass superstars and players who are living in the last 3 years just making NIKE ads.

Lampard's goal...it's an affront to the game that it was disallowed. It's shocking. There's probably a 100 million people that saw it go over the goalline, except one man and he's the one in charge.
It's absolutely ridiculous. If England loses this match, the FA should just take the FIFA to civil court, out of sheer principle.
