Fuck all of your guys "feelings". You have no clue about this whole subject of football anyway. Go home.
i was actually gonna make a post but i didnt get time you asshole lol

i was gonna say that everyone will write off Germany and say they dont have a chance. Hamann even said this. He is a pundit on Irish tv for the World Cup which im happy about. Hamann is a legend.

but while everyone is writing them off, Germany will sneak into the final and then people will start saying that stupid cliche "You should never write off the Germans". well dont do it next time then you idiot.

i think Germany is among the contenders and i have a feeling that this is the tournament Mesut Ozil bursts on the scene. Im looking forward to seeing him in action actually. class player.

nah Greece wont be the embaressment of the tournament. They are usually difficult to beat nowadays. They might not get out of the group but i cant see them being hammered either. THey have a decent defence and are a hard working team unlike Saudi Arabia and Serbia in 2006.

Japan play nice football. I reckon the embaressment will be Algeria or North Korea.

^ Disagreed about North Korea because no one is expecting anything from North Korea.

Japan has been extremely unimpressive in the preperation.

And I never write off the Germans. Same with the Italians. I don't see them winning it, though.

^^i wasnt saying you do. i just mean in general.

as for Japan. they played quite well against England imo. were unlucky to lose

I think Portugal might flop and i hope so. also if France dont improve on how they have been playing for the past 2 years or so then i think they could be getting a early flight home

and i would love it if France and Portugal went home early. LOVE IT.

North Korea are very good at being a defensive unit, I don't think they will get thrashed..that badly.

Cameroon imo will fail. Eto'o is being a bit of a faggot recently.

But hmm...embarrasment will be.. Honduras

dunno about Honduras. they have some decent players. i havent seen much of them though.

i remember i watched North Korea v South Korea. think it was on in North Korea and there was hardly no one at it. Awful game. finished 0-0.

Greece haven't switched up their style since Euro 2004. Shit, North Korea just beat them recently at home for a preparation I believe by fielding most of their bench. They might not get whopped like Saudi, but they won't win a game I reckon. I hate their style, boring bastards. They and Ukraine should have been removed from the 2nd place tournament just for being anti-football and making me suffer from narcolepsy.

Also, Sebastian, you wear leotards, hence you're opinion stinks.

I saw that as well once! It was hilarious how courteous they were to each other. Looked like a tea party or a game for 60+ seniors, lawl.

More complaints about the ball keep showing up... but also a bit of praise.

IRENE, South Africa — Marcus Hahnemann is no fan of the new Adidas ball being used for the World Cup.

"Technology is not everything," the American goalkeeper said Thursday. "Scientists came up with the atom bomb, doesn't mean we should have invented it."

Adidas says the Jabulani, its 11th World Cup model, will travel more accurately because it has eight bonded panels and is perfectly round. Goalkeepers have said it is unpredictable.

"If you get no spin on the ball, it's supposed to knuckle. If you get spin on it, it's supposed to bend. This ball you don't know what's going to happen with it," said Hahnemann, the starting goalkeeper for Wolverhampton in the English Premier League. "It's a nightmare for us."

Based on how much the ball moves, he predicted attacking players will have trouble connecting on crosses.

"You're going to see no headers on goal," he said. "Nobody can judge anything."

Bob Bradley thought Hahnemann's predictions were overly dramatic. Besides, goalkeepers complain about the World Cup ball every, oh, four years.

"I think there'll be a goal or two on headers in this World Cup," he said. "This ball is new. It takes some getting used to. It also needs to be said that whenever you play at altitude, regardless of the ball, when you begin training, it takes a couple of days just to get used to the way the ball flies. The ball certainly takes off more."

As an attacking player, Clint Dempsey likes the ball, whose name means "to celebrate" in isiZulu.

"If you just hit it solid, you can get a good knuckle on the ball, and I think that causes problems for the goalie," he said. "The only thing is, you've just got to pay a little bit more, you know, attention when you pass the ball sometimes."

That's because the ball has a little give.

"If you get the pass a little bit wrong, you can end up looking pretty silly," he said. "It's just focusing a little bit more. But, you know, I enjoy the ball, and I look forward to, you know, getting some shots on goal with it."

Dempsey is just already dreaming of a fluke shot banging USA into the semi's or some crap like that.

The ball probably sucks. Lighter is not always better.

Sebas, what do you think of Sami Khedira...? I'm watching the friendly now against Bosnia and he seems to be hustling. I know he plays at Stuttgart, but I dunno much else about him. He's not a German NT regular, right?

Usually we would play Ballack and Schweinsteiger in the defensive midfield. The next player for that position would be Rolfes from Leverkusen but hes injured too. So now theres Khedira. He was captain of the u21 national team who won the wc or ec a year ago. He plays an important part at Stuttgart but he never really played for the national team so far.

Im highly sceptical about the tournament to be honest.
