Nothing really interesting happening in these preliminaries of course, but tonight Twente had to face Sporting Portugal in Lisbon for the first match. Good testcase for the new season. With our keeper booked on a red after half an hour or so and a penalty against (Michailov saved it ) things looked grim but we stuck it out to a 0-0. Awesome sauce. Superb defensive play. And Michailov was a beast. Absolute beast. I think it's Bobbo who should be very pleased with him.
