You dont need no fancy gym member ship, you dont need no bull shit weights, fuck taking drugs, none of that,

the best things in life are those that are free.

I have tried so many things, and all these years i have always gone back to what i know is best.

And that is sit ups and press ups.

Both of these can be done at homes or at work, you dont need a lot of space and the results are better than using gym equipment.

if you got loadz of dough then fair enough, but i still think going to the gym is a waste of time.

ah no.sit ups do nothing but tighten the abs muscles a little.you can do situps until you pass out,it will do nothing to reveal your abs. There is a layer of fat that hides them.Proper excercise and diet will get rid of it,even without doing a single situp.

press/push ups are a poor form of resistance training since you are using your feet for leverage. They are good for a warm up.but thats it.

for those that just want to keep in shape and do a regular exercise, yeh i agree sit up ands press ups are great,

i mean allot of my freinds cant even do more then 10 press ups or 20 situps, so doing those exercise do generate a level of fitness to people, but your right it will never give you mass at times it can tone you i think.

1. You should change your name to Smart Alec.
2. You would pay a lot of money to have a body like mine.
3. Dont get cocky with me, you made your points, but you have shown a lot of immaturity

Just out of interest, do you actually believe what you wrote in the first post?
All things to with fitness and achieving your ideal body takes a lot of dedication. I have used gyms in the past at schools etc,

I would never join a gym , there too expensive,.

for the last 3 or 4 years i have been doing press ups and sit ups 4 times a week. i do 50 reps and 6 sets. The same with press ups too, I am very lean, I am very musculer, and have very little fat on my body.

Obviously Ido a lot of excersie anyway such as running, i play football, I have a bike machine as well which was very cheap.

I feel all my areas of my body are being targeted and i do look quite good. I feel i have the right to sound big headed about my self, because i have put a lot of time and effort into my self.

man that isn't the point. If you do all this, yes, you might be in shape. But still you have other goals then other dudes. See if you wanna put on muscles and I mean big time, then you gotta go and push weights, simple as that.

Arghm to educate some of you one of the strongest man which I heard or seen in an interview, back in in the past, never lifted a single weight in his life he just kept on doing push ups, sit ups, runing miles upon miles etc... he did around like 10k push ups around there, 30k sit ups ran like 20 miles i think he did that every day or was it weekly what ever its possible but my memory isn't working right so I can't remember how he looked like I'm sure he didn't look strong but he has enough endurance to power up two locomotors

i hope its more weekly he did those,

cos that would make me one lazy ass fitness wannabe.
also it be too much on his joints to be running 20 miles a day. thats my excuse anyway.

yeh i can see that being true, allot of the times if you strengthen the tendons in your arms and length its gives you more control and strength ove muscle
