AW YOU CUNTS! I watched the game in a bar and stayed for drinking (well...yeah....) so i can only now dip in, and you lot already moved on from the bra - ivo game?
CUNTS!
alright, let me try to recap my thoughts and responses on posts i saw:
as far as poor reffing goes: flip is right, the ones from the dwarf countries (which i also was very skeptical about) are reffing well. the reffing standard this whole tourney so far is excellent actually. only a few errors so far. im liking it. saw a lot of good refs.
So hereby I am eating my words *insert reverse nomz here*
Now, Brazil - Ivory
Brazil was better. Let's say that first. Deserved victory. Ivory brought too little too late. Too static for most of the game. Imo they actually "sought" Drogba way too much. Ofc Drogba is gonna get the hell marked out of him, and Juan and Lucio aren't exactly toddlers. Ivory should've tried much more over the flanks, especially on the counter. You face Brazil with upcoming fullbacks like Maicon and Bastos, and you have quick forwards like Kalou.
You should be able to make use of the space left by the Brazilian fullbacks on the counter. I mean, this is no rocket science. If i can figure this out in the pub with 4 pints in me, why can't the pro's? But instead, Ivory played almost everything through the centre. Seeking Drogba too much. Stupid stupid stupid.
Well, next heated point: Kaka's red.
Was it a red? Hell fucking yes. Virtual neg-reps (that negative anchors, yes I count in anchors, for Dukie) for anyone who disagrees.
Look, Kaka was on a yellow. He deliberately put his elbow in front of a man that was not intentionally running into him. That's a fucking yellow card, no matter how you twist it. No ball in play, he just bashed him.
BUT, the ref SHOULD have shown Keita a yellow as well for overacting.
Thats what i think.
Anyway, deserved Brazil win. Excellent Fabiano strikes, even if his second might've involved a handball.
The Elano goal was an excellent attack. Every time they chose the best possible continuation of play. I loved it. I hope Elano isnt too badly hurt after that Tiote charge (I hereby apoligize on the behalf of FC Twente), that could've been a red. I really like Elano. Liked him already when we played City a year ago. Can't believe they chose to get rid of him. Insane move. I already joked with Flip and Thuggy that if he scored a 30 yard piledriver this season, those stupid cunts @ City would buy him back at double the price.
Anyway....uhm....yeah. Ok. lol.
Portugal to win tomorrow.
Nacao valente imortal!
