Uruguay having a strong phase. Argies havent got much say in the match at the moment.

Up front Uruguay is still a bit too invididual. They rely heavily on Forlan and Suarez, some more bodies up front could create some more confusion for the Argentine defenders. They swamp the Uruguay forwards when the ball is near them.

Maradona the tactical genius. great substitution lol

They did well tonight. fought hard for the win.

I thought Veron had a good game. He has played well for Argentina when he has played in these qualifiers.

Uruguay will surely make it anyway.

nice pitch ye have hizzle.

were the cows cleared away just before the game? :D
lol its currently in reconstruction and it snowed the night after so it destroyed the pitch.

The temperature went from 15 to -5 in a night so the pitch went to hell.

I watched the Bosnia match just now... Yeah, it was fucking obvious that 7 of our first team players were scared to have a yellow card, we were putting no pressure on the Spaniards which offered miles of space.

Plus we had our 3rd goalkeeper between the posts lol... Awful game from us, but I give a fuck not, we are in the playoffs!

Plus Dzeko is top scorer, joint with that Greek son of a bisexual man. God I hate Greeks, I hope we get them in playoffs and beat them by 12 goals.

Also, I think that we played a fucking sick first half and that we were by far a better side until they scored the first goal. Then we were great again until the end of the first half.

At least we didn't lose 5-2 to Cyprus.... *looks at Bobby*

And god damn our pitch was awful. lol.

The pitch reminded me of the one we played in Macedonia, where we lost.

Looked like they were planting radishes the night before.

The thing is, Barca has too much quality for opposing teams to get away with double or triple coverage on Messi.

With this current Argentina side, though, they can swamp him.
