what about ronnie coleman? he has a job. he's a police officer
And he does the 2 hour naps every day? Impossible or he is flat out lying. Police officers work 8/10/13 hour shift so unless he does it on his patrol car hes lying. I also do have his video called Ronnie Coleman - First Training Video. Nowhere does it say or that I remember him saying that he does the 2 hour naps.

in one of the muscle magazines it lists his routines, and there's a few naps in a training day.

I think that this thread should be linked with eating too. Because eating throughout the day then going to the gym will pay off more. So for me personaly the best results will come around 6 pm, because I have ate through the day, my body if ready and well adjusted, for me its the perfect time. Then I will go bed about 11 at night, so maybe theres no 'correct time' but surely eaten will link to when you work out!!

^I've actually heard different. Apparently working out during the late night has no effect. Haven't looked into it but that's what I've read before.

I can honestly say this is not true. I used to work out in the evening/night for months and it did "work". There were days when I pushed weights at 12pm or 1 am.
