I work for a living, thats my work plan!! I aint one of those dudes who works all day then decides its time for a 1 hour jog! FUCK THAT.

Im in tip top shape anywyz. I dont have to watch what i eat.

thats a pretty stupid thing to say.People think that if youy body looks good it means you're in tip top shape.WRONG.You can have a 300 pound fat person healthier than a 160 pound thin person.

Even if you don't have fat on the outside, and you eat dirty,you probably have fat on the inside,all around your organs,worse yet,fat around your heart.You can't fool the law of thermodynamics,all that extra energy has to be stored somewhere,it just doesnt disappear.Fat sticks to the walls of your arteries.Your blood vessels get blocked,etc...

i walk home fro mthe bus stop which is a long ways with a 50 pound bookbag on my back, then i get on the computer and try and make 10 posts to excersise my fingers as well as hand eye coordination, i also talk on aim which helps perfect my multitasking skills. then i go outside and play bball, then i go to bball practice and beast on people and run alot. not to mention PE.

Relax gangbanger. You live in Downtown LA where there is more homelessness than gangbangers. I live in East LA, this is where it's at...

cardio is the most important thing if u wanna look good and most importantly perform good and be healthy. u gotta always do cardio it wont hurt u to do cardio every day. well rest on the weekends. but mon-fri do at least 1 hour cardio work out i mean shit like push ups chin ups runing skipping if u hae a punch bag boxing is the worlds greatest overall workout in my opinion. even better if u have a sparring partner.

so mon-fri do cardio workout and mon wed and fri also do weights if u wanna be nice and buff but ripped at the same time. this means that u will have to do 3 days a week a double workout and the other two days just cardio. the remaining two days of the week YOU MUST REST otherwise ur body will start feeding of the muscke u have and u become skiny and disease and shit. also take protein shakes after weight sessions

im from 129th street compton and Oxnard St Van Nuyz tho. Datz where all the shit happns. i got bullet woundz to prove it.

tho i gotta agree with yer..east LA is crazy right now. more crazier than downatown la'z ever been. :)
