i work out at home, so i don hav as much choice, but i work out 3-4 times a week, one upper body work out wit wieghts, one without (pushups, chin ups, etc) one run, and if i feel like it that week i work on my abs (sit-ups, curl-ups, etc). I don need a leg work out, i hav very large thighs and calves to begin with, and im a goalie in hockey, and thats plenty of a work out for you legs

I do upperbody 3 times a week
Dumbell Bench
Dumbell Fly
Bicep Curls
Triceps w/Dumbells
Shoulder Press
Lat Pull Downs

Then I do cardio and lower body 3 times a week
Squats
Calf Raises
Hamstring Curls

you should, cardio the best thing for you. Strong arms, legs, shoulders, chest, abs, back, none of its worth it if you have a weak heart :thumb:

i could see what u mean tho, if u play a competetive sport tho u need cardio so that ur not outta shape, if i didnt play id probably just lift 2 look good

Aight truthfully dude..i eat alot of veggies and fruits thru out the week..and i make sure im really hydrated..cuz 9/10 times in the weekend..ull usually see me running thru random neighborhoods running away from the cops.

I train 6 days out of seven, one body part a night, 5 different exercises, 4 sets on each exercise so a total of 20 sets per body part each night,

The first three exercises will be heavey stuff (comound exercises) like deadlifts, clean & press, barbell curls etc or stuff like chins & dips for strength & size. and the last 2 exercises will be any cable exercises for that particular muscle group, to totally fatigue the muscles and for shape & deffinition,

I never use machine weights because studies have shown compaired to dumbells, barbells, cable & body weight exercises they compaire poorly in strength gains, do abs every other night, rarely do cardio and eat a very strict diet

I work for a living, thats my work plan!! I aint one of those dudes who works all day then decides its time for a 1 hour jog! FUCK THAT.

Im in tip top shape anywyz. I dont have to watch what i eat.
