i work out at home, so i don hav as much choice, but i work out 3-4 times a week, one upper body work out wit wieghts, one without (pushups, chin ups, etc) one run, and if i feel like it that week i work on my abs (sit-ups, curl-ups, etc). I don need a leg work out, i hav very large thighs and calves to begin with, and im a goalie in hockey, and thats plenty of a work out for you legs
