Putting your hands on your head expands your lungs so you can recover quickly as opposed to bending down and squashing your lungs, or so I was told.

I can't see pix at work but don't worry I don't have enough discipline to become a body builder. :p and I can't NOT eat like a cow so I'm good.

I used to be able to flex my hamstrings and now I can't :unsure: they're gone?...and it bugs me.

Dont forget the rest periods in between are just as important as the reps. I started with 4 sets of 8 reps with 30 seconds rest (im trying to build muscle and tone up) You can have longer rest periods for heavier weights tho. Now I do circuit training where I jump rope for the 30 seconds 'rest' period and add on another 15 seconds real rest.

After these workouts though its hard to even drive home or lift your hand :p
