usually, my favorite novels are those about stories of revenge. the most famous is probably "the count of monte cristo", but my favorite book is "La Reine du Sabbat" (french)

the idea of having someone who has suffered great injustice disappears and come back after a long time to get revenge in a horrible and destructive way works every time.

anyone knows other books like that??

Try these titles by Richard A Knaak (a New York Times Best Seller):

~Diablo: Legacy of Blood.

~Warcraft: Day of the Dragon.

~The Citadel.

~The Kingdom of Shadow.

I have read them all and they were Fantastic! If you like reading about Wizards and Mages, Trolls and Dragons; you will enjoy these, or - I would suggest - any books by this author.

Well look at it this way guys, Angels and Demons happens BEFORE the Da Vinci Code, so of course Landon is going to survive the first book.
Angels & Demons is like part 1 of the Da Vinci Code?.......this is news to me

For anyone interest in an historical/legal area, the biography of Edward Carson by Ronald Anderson is an excellent read about one of the greatest lawyers cum politicians Ireland (or the U.K.) ever produced.
