Anyway I have some questions that I haven't really found clear answers on or I find conflicting advice about it.
Should you work muscles to failure? When I had a male trainer he would push me to failure...now I have a female and she has me doing 10 reps and I'm like really?!...is that it? I wasn't sore at all after training with her which is what I was used to.
I don't sweat during weight training...some ppl have pointed this out. I don't know why I don't sweat I just don't sweat. It's not that I'm not working hard. Is there a reason?
Does it matter if I do cardio before weights? She told me not to do cardio before weights bc cardio drains energy and you don't put as much efforts into weights...and I haven't really found that to be case though.
