not true SOFI.. women are attracted to a Man's wallet, green and plastic they go crazy for.

i dont give a shit what a woman thinks of me. im improving my life and self esteem. the guys who dont have the abs can land the hottest women on earth. its all about the mental appearance not physical. :cool:

To do a pull up correctly, you must extend your legs fully and let them hang while you pull yourself up. if you go attaching weights to your feet while you pull yourself up then id imagine that there will be a pulling effect on your knees.

the ideal thing to do would be to put weights in a back pack and put that on your back while doing pull ups. but he wasnt talking about doing proper pull ups so i dont know.
right, im not talking about proper pull ups because we're talking about things to strengthen abs... this is just something i know that works for me so i do it.

Nothing ruins my day at the gym like seeing a dude with a 45 pound plate attached to his belt doing more pull-ups than me.
there's a guy at my gym that does that all the time... fuckin steroid head. here i am wit fifteen pounds doing my improper pullups and he's got the whole weight rack around his waist. cunt.
