10 grams a meal?! Spread over six meals?! That is ridiculously low. If your aim is to increase muscle tone you should be getting at least 1g / lb bodyweight. I advise getting more as eating a lot of protein will NOT make you fat as the chances of it being involved in lypogenesis are miniscule. Also make sure your carbs are sufficient, or you will be wasting the protein as your cells will not respond to the protein intake and be used as energy. Eating a lot of protein is thermogenic which means it will increase your metabolism, possibly getting you leaner. Make sure it is high quality protein, not shit stuff like soy. High quality protein sources include: egg whites, whey protein, cottage cheese / micellar casein, most lean meats, salmon, tuna, sardines, mackerel and milk.
There isn't nothing wrong with eating greasy food, as long as every meal you have isn't a greasy one; that's when it gets unhealthy.
You can't have a good meal without some fat in it anyway. The body needs fat and puts it to good use. Also fat adds to flavour. No Fat = No Flavour.
If all someone eats is sausage and chips, burgers etc. Then the best thing you can do, to eat healthy, is to cook everythin in the oven. Food cooked in the oven can cook in its own fat; there is no need to add extra, like if you was to shallow fry something.
nothing wrong with fat. just make sure its not all saturated.Fat is healthy, especially fish oils and flax.Fat delays stomach emptying so you won't get as hungry as quick.
Also,if you wanna have a high fat meal, nothing wrong with that either, just make sure you dont eat carbs with it.
