Man Utd were awesome, Fletcher really grew after he scored. :thumb:

Ronaldo was pretty good, Saha took his goal well, and all hail Ole

Evra put in a decent performance too, he's definitely improving.

Carrick looked good when he came on too, great pass to set up Solskjaer. If not for a great save by Carson, I think Carrick would have been a bit of an Old Trafford legend.

Yeah Evra was good, didn't rate him last season, but i knew he was a good player from when i saw him at Monoco.

Silvestre is still a little error prone, what the fuck at his clearence in the first half..when straight to Ambrose or Holland.

I was hoping we'd offload Silvestre this summer, but he signed a contract extension recently. He's decent enough at left back, but we have Heinze and Evra, and he doesn't deserve to get in at centre back ahead of Rio, Brown and Vidic when all are fit.

I never got why people thought Arsenal would finish above Man Utd, don't people remember their PREMIERSHIP season last season? Finished 4th by the skin of their teeth.

But it was overshadowed by the Champions League run.

Another win for Utd, were still going strong. Only team with 100% win ratio so far. How awesome would it be if we won everygame this season? Even players like Mikael "Bomb-Scare" Silvestre and John "I can't tackle or pass" Oshea would be considered as legends.

Next game will be tough, Tottenham with no Rooney, Scholes and possibly no Rio "You can't get past me" Ferdinand, but I reckon we should still be able to grind out a result. I heard Tottenham got their asses whooped off Everton.

^Yea we may as well milk it whilst we can, because I'm sure Chelsea will get back to winning ways soon, although I hope they crash and burn.

Luckily the next match isn't for a couple of weeks. If Rio's out, hopefully we'll have "Archangel" Gabriel Heinze and/or Nemanja "Chuck Norris is my personal bitch" Vidic fit again. We shouldn't be scared of Spurs, since they've started the season with 3 points from 3 games.

They have Wenger, who proved he is one of the best, if not THE best club manager in World football.
Maybe Mr. Wenger can tell his players to have a shot or two each match, rather than trying to dribble the ball into the back of the net. And maybe he could buy a defender, since his current crop (apart from Toure) are pitiful.

Lol @ Nemanja "Chuck Norris is my personal bitch" Vidic. Personally I think the guy looks like Ivan Drago from the Rocky series, same steely composure aswell. I really hope Rio's injury isn't too serious, I mean Vidic and Brown doesn't sound like a bad combination but if Vidic doesn't make it Silvestre will have to play. The guy makes me paranoid everytime he has the ball, don't get me wrong he has had his day's when he's been a rock but he is too inconsistent.

As soon as Ballack is fit they will win again and take the lead :)
Maybe, but word on the street is that Blackburn are taking no hostages when they line up to fight Chelsea tomorrow.

Silvestre makes me nervous also...everytime he has the ball i think hes gonna fuck up and pass it to the opposition and he normally does.

Btw with Ballack back, I don't know if Lampard and Ballack can play in the same team.

Ballack is extremely flexible... Mourinho will figure something out.

I think so. Might not start, but should be on the bench at least.

So is Steven Gerrard, but they just couldn't operate together. It's a different team though, with a better manager. If they play with Essien/Makelele behind them then it shouldn't be a problem.

Chelsea were terrible today, for the majority of the match. Unfortunately for Blackburn, their new signing Ooijer was worse. Still, nice to see that Chelsea are still not firing on all cylinders. Ballack and Lampard were pretty anonymous throughout the match.

Yeah, i mean, any defence which goes 10 games without conceding in the Champions League must be shit. Utd's defence didn't even play ten games, so that points a bit shit really. Maybe they should spunk £30million on one defender, then maybe you'd give the credit where it's due?

Eboue shit? Ashley Cole shit? Senderos shit? Those 3 with Toure are the first choice defence, so what exactly are you wittering about? Try being a little more balanced in your opinions, they'll carry more weight then.

On the other hand Utd have started on fire, Rooney and Ronaldo look like they're gonna terrorise defences this season and i reckon Saha is gonna prove what a top notch striker he is the season. Strong, quick, good in the air and two good feet, what more do you want?

If Ashley Cole stays put and plays, then that's one problem solved. Hoyte isn't good enough to be a first choice left back. Eboue was impressive when he played last season, but he hasn't defended well so far this season. I wouldn't be surprised if Lauren goes straight back into the team when he's fit. And Senderos...he's not shit, but he's not strong enough IMO. You saw how he got outmuscled last season by Drogba and Harewood. Arsenal need a strong centre back to replace Sol Campbell, and I don't see them signing one by midnight. If you could get one for £30m, I'm sure you wouldn't be complaining.

All well and good until Rooney or Saha gets injured.

Well Victor Valdez kept alot of clean sheets for Barcelona, but he isn't exactly a great keeper now is he?

Anyway they might of been great in the CL, but in the Premiership Arsenal were inconsistant. Sendores isn't that good btw, Hes a decent defender though.

Don't let the CL run fool you, Arsenal in the league are being out muscled and their tactic off passing the ball into the net is not working.
