Well, I'll be damned. It sounded like rubbish at first, but it's official now. Beckham will be loaned to AC Milan in the winter transfer period.

What??? If it goes through, call that worst transfer in history of football.

What is Milan thinking really? Where are they going to put him? Where is he going to fit? They have freakin Pirlo, Gattuso, Ambrosini, Seedorf, Dhinio. He is freakin 33 past his prime and almost no good.

This is very reminiscent of NY Yankees and what they did couple of years ago. If anybody has been following baseball, Yankees started bringing in bunch of big name superstars like Giambi, Sheffielfd, Kevin Brown, Randy Johnson, and of course the mega fuck Alex Rodriguez. And ever since then this team has been under performing.

I'm sensing same thing will happen to Milan. Most of the players they have now are 30+. Inzaghi, Shevchenko, Seedorf, Ambrosini, Gattuso, Maldini, Nesta, and I highly doubt Dhinio can come back and be the same player he was in Barca. So here they have all these "old" players and where are they going with this team? With all these big name players, dont you think there would be a clash of egos and team may under perform because of this?

thats true. i dunno why AC Milan are signing all these old players. Beckham will allow them to sell more jerseys though. Ronaldinho has given sales of AC Milan shirts an awful boost and of course Beckham will ship alot of AC Milan shirts. not that anyone here will be rushing out to buy an AC Milan shirt with Beckham on the back but there are plenty of fanboys who know fuck all about football that will. maybe thats why they signed Beckham.

Uh, Becks is only going to TRAIN with AC because of the competition stop in the MLS, boys...

He's not actually transferring to Milan, lol.

It's also not the first time AC allowes other players to regain fitness with them. They're very chivalrous lads for that matter :thumb:

It's a loan deal, with the option to keep his afterwards if possible. Not just training... lol

Backham will come on as a sub for a few half hours, maybe.

That's nowhere near any serious playing time. He's not REALLY "going to Milan". He'll go to Milan, train, keep fit, maybe feature in a few matches as a sub when there's nothing to play for, that's it.

Anything else and Ancelotti earned himself the stupidest coach in the world award.

Hell, it's like bacho said. They have all these players and now they'll squeeze Becks in the actual team as well? Get outta here. It's symbolic.

Although I'd never underestimate Milan's willingness to sign big names. But Galaxy won't let him go.

5-0 fulltime.

Great first half, there was abit when they were 4-0 up and Messi and Daniel Alves were fighting to win the ball back. Awesome.

 what a season so far..
we can't lose our heads tho', we still have to play the best teams in the league, and we're playing them all at once :(

Valencia, Villareal, Sevilla & Madrid, all in a couple of weeks!

Twente 2-0 up in Arnhem, Ajax beating NEC with the same numbers. Feyenoord - Heerenveen about to kick off. Latter should be good!

yay. Hoffenheim are first in the leage. Ibisevic scored 10 goals in the first 9 games. Salihovic is their best player imo.

Man Utd and Tottenham are interessed in signing Ibisevic. I think he should stay where he's at now.

Well, I don't fully agree with that, the attacking play in La Liga is one of the best, and this is why it seems the defending is poor. The games are alot more open in Spain.

The week before there wasn't many goals.

Fernando Torres said the defending is worse in England than Spain. Something about the defending in England is predictable or someshit.
