This fact has already been established. Flight 11 first circled D.C. as if it couldn't find an original target or missed it, and then honed in on the Pentagon.

The plane actually touched ground before hitting the Pentagon if I remember correctly. Either way it's been established that the plane was flying at nearly ground level when it zeroed in.
yeah there is some Security footage of the "Plane" as it is coming down and it looks like it is flying just inch's above ground.

if it was a plane and it was a terrorist pilot damn he had to have some skill to do that.

Surely you've heard of a guy named Moussaoui, I used to live 10 minutes away from that flight school.... I hear it's a great school.

yeah I know duke, but damn just to fly a huge plane like that so low seems like would be hard to do first time really behind the controlls.

flight school must have realistic force-feedback lol

I think the purpose of this thread, however, is to learn the truth about Sept 11 - how can we guage and understand the present without a true appreciation of the past, and indeed, without knowing the truth behind the events which started the chain of war??

And as for the deaths in Iraq, like I said before, it is all related in the sense that Sept 11 led to a more aggressive and militarily determined US.... to understand the present war, you have to understand the past. The justifications for war are weakened (although they always were weak imo) and the subsequent losses become all the more horific if the events that led to policy shift did not occur as we have been told.

Besides, I do not see complaining, I see questioning. Speculation. An attempt to set right what may be misconceived notions of external threats and unnecessary chain of events.
Ok Amara, I'm in such a good mood today I dont feel like arguing
I disagree, though :D
lmao jk :p

Some of us (me included) have posted a number of pictures from the Pentagon that show parts of the plane's fuselage. There's no question that it was a plane.

As for the terrorist flying the thing, well that's pretty well certain based on calls made by a flight stewardess and other evidence. And yes, these guys were trained well and knew what they were doing.

the poster that said get over it is right, i mean, as much as i feel sorry for the people that died in the towers, its not like there the only people, it seems to me like an american life is worth 100 iraqis, seriously.

I know what you mean.
When an American soldier dies the American media and general population seem to be in state of shock and sadness. Yet several innocent Iraqis will die and the American media and population will ignore this and show barely any sadness. These American soldiers lives are valued way above anyone else.
I can partly understand this, as generally people support their soldiers above others. But why do the Americans say that they are going to war in order to free Iraqis from the evil dictatorship of Saddam Hussain. Yet when those people who are being freed are killed, the Americans don't seem to care.
