4 bit? U mean like u only have 4 colors? And you say your sceen is a "bit" blurry? Man I wish I would be as patient as you are lol.

Anyway I agree with those other dudes... maybe you have a CD that came with that PC (or is lyin somewhere) with some software you're supposed 2 install? Could that be?

hm, look for a CD like I told you

plus your pc doesn't seem to know that there is this graphic card. So go 2 (Start Menu > Control Panel > System > Hardware >) hardware and hit the "search for new hardware" button, see what it can find there.

Did you do what I told you? If you did and it didn't find anything you might have to turn off your PC, open it and check if the graphic card is inserted correctly on your motherboard. If so, take i to out and insert it into another slot and turn on your pc again, maybe your slot isn't workin correctly or something isn't right with the interups.

it's the card you blug the cable of your monitor in. :p

Anyway, better idea then before - this reinstallin could have disrupped the whole interup thing. You can check that in Hardware/hardware manager and then details for your graphic card and all other devices. The IRQ has to be unique, but I guess your graphic card has no own ICQ cause something else is usin it, check that.....and change it if you can spot 2 same entries.

if that doesn't work you could try 2 open your Pc and insert the card in another slot like I told you before. But I guess it's better to try opion #1 first before you open you PC - if not I guess that's what you have to try (see above)
