10 000 is a lot, I doubt that actually BigMack but well, whatever. 2500 is definatley a joke. I mean 2500 will do it if you watch TV all day long, but like I said, I need that twice.

im damn near 300 pounds. you need 5000,how much do you weigh? trust me,once you pack on muscle,and you've built up your metabolism,you will need more calories.if i take less than that i start to lose muscle

Asiens for example get sick of drinkin milk (Not all, I think around 60% or the people, not sure there) - but it's not true to say all human body "treat cow's milk as an invader". Europeans usually don't have problems with milk cause in this part of the world milk is used for quite a while - if the dude can drink 4 litre a day without havin stomach pain etc, he obvisouly doesn't have a lactose intolerance - but like i said before, it could develop though.
The lactose intolerance part is true on the account of how long people's ancestors domesticated cattle but I'm talking about high cholestrol and other health problems that arise from consuming too much dairy.

him drinking the whole 4 litres gives him the amount of cholesterol he should consume per day,so if he cuts out other cholesterol he'll be fine.
