nope fat isn't the problem in milk in my opinion. I love the fat in my milk. Well 4 litre sounds a lot, but if you like it that way and your body can handle it - why not.

I reckon you'll get fat.

But if it works, may be OK. Just be aware, cows are full of a lot of hormones, given by farmers, and milk contains these. Especially Estrogen. You may also get IBS from having too much dairy.

You may also get Cellulite.

But it depends on your body, and you know it best.

Edit - The benefits, and negatives of milk have been discussed for years. And no-one knows for sure. Here is a website, which is basically propaganda, but thought I'd link it. http://www.notmilk.com/

All the people that say milk will automaitcally get you far have no idea what they're talkin about sorry. You can't get fat by milk, you get fat if your input is way bigger then the output - and this has nothing to do with what you eat, basically. No milk won't get you fat if you work out.

8 pints of full fat milk = about 2400 calories.

You are more than likely going to have a larger input than output.

Recent studies have shown that men who drink a pint of milk a day for a number of years have a 50% higher chance of ending up with prostate cancer in later life apparently,

Go down your milk and see what happens. I heard if you drink to much milk your body cant handle all the lactose (or maybe soemthing else i dont know) and you jsut throw it up.

Do it and let me know - could be kinda funny

^Shit if that's true I drink at least 1.5 pints of skimmed milk every day.
Me to, but I live a healthy enough lifestyle that I think that it wont really affect me, I think you 'd be more at risk if you combined drinking that much milk with other unhealthy lifestyle factors :thumb:

Still milk in general, like some people here said, won't make you fat. 2400 cals is a lot, but shit, I need twice many cals a day so dependin on what he's eatin the rest of the day it might not get him fat.

But whoever said that the body can develop a lactose intolerance is right - so you might cut down. And after all, I wonder, don't you get pissed of by the taste of milk? I love milk, but 4 litre a day.....I mean, learn to cook or something.

Exactly:thumb: Our bodies have no natural need for cow's milk. In fact, our bodies treat cow's milk as an invader, and including milk and other dairy products in our diets is linked to many health problems. As for the concerns about Osteoporosis and building strong bones, there are other sources to get calcium from, like: almonds, black beans, broccoli, calcium-fortified orange juice, collard greens, supplements w/ Vitamin D and calcium, etc. But if you feel the need to drink milk then do so:)

That is not true. Humans drink milk for 10 000 years and their body learned 2 handle it - at least in large parts of the world. Asiens for example get sick of drinkin milk (Not all, I think around 60% or the people, not sure there) - but it's not true to say all human body "treat cow's milk as an invader". Europeans usually don't have problems with milk cause in this part of the world milk is used for quite a while - if the dude can drink 4 litre a day without havin stomach pain etc, he obvisouly doesn't have a lactose intolerance - but like i said before, it could develop though.
