Immortality

There are mountains in Romania for example that slow the heart rate to rest and have healing properties they are still researching. But the heart rate thing is pretty obvious. People climb the mountain and as soon as they get close enough their heart rate goes to normal. You dont get tired there, you can exercise and your BPM stay steady. It is to do with an unexplained magnetic anomaly surrounding the mountain -- and something like that can be looked upon as both mystical and scientific.
I've heard about that place before.

From the moment something begins it is destined to end. No one, no object or nothing can out-run time itself. Everything has to end at one time or another. Everything!.

", according to many religious and philosophical traditions, is the self-aware essence unique to a particular living being. In these traditions the soul is thought to incorporate the inner essence of each living being, and to be the true basis for sapience. It is believed in many cultures and religions that the soul is the unification of one's sense of identity. Souls are usually considered to be immortal and to exist before their incarnation in flesh."
