you told me to lift weights 3 times a week, and run once, how much should i eat, should i stay around 1800 calories, im using the 10 x body weight in pounds seeing has im bout 182, or should i up it a bit, and i started bearking my meals down to 5 or 6 small ones, instead of the 3 big ones i was used to, do i still stick with complex carbs before workout, think prince mack said bout 45 mins before, and with the sugary drink 15 mins after workout, then protein bout 15 minutes after that, will this be ok and how long do you think i should run for and like whats best time to do the running

Actually, that just depens on how much effort you want to put in there. When I said "lift weights 3 times and run once a week" I did assume that you just wanna get a lil in shape. If that is the case, I say don't worry about diats and that, just do some sport and you'll see a change.....but maybe I was wrong and you really wanna do this...? If so, you can lift up to 6 times a week in a split routine (I recommand 5 times a week though, gotta give your body a rest) and run more often. You might then even watch your pluse while runnin, it should be around 130 to get rid of fat.
talkin about the diat, you have to decide if you wanna get bigger or sharper. If you wanna get bigger, you have to eat more then you need so your body can build up. If you want 2 be sharper, you gotta get rid of fat and that means besides runnin, watchin what you eat and also eat a lil less then your body would need. If you just start workin out, the normal way is first to bulk up, gain muscles and strength and if you have reached a certain stage, you'll try to get rid of fat (while keep lifting weights so you don't lose muscles).

So it depens on how you wanna do this thing. One note I might add - it makes more sense 2 lift 3 times a week over a longer period of time then to start workin out with shitloads of motivation adn skip all this BS after a month. I see the guys start to work out, but only 20% of thopse guys actually stick with it. Don't ask too much from yourself, if you're not sure u can handle all this, you better do it the easy way (liftin 3 times and fuck diats) but keep doin it, cause after all you have to be motivated for months, not only for a couple of weeks.

ok ima give the 3 times a week thing a go, so how long do you think i should run for and best time to do it like morning/afternoon/night on the day im not lifting weights or doesnt it matter, cuz i think i heard someone say before to let ya body wake up for so long before running, tho i could be wrong, well obviously am not gonna get straight outta bed straight out the door, cuz id prob fall over and die by slipping on a slug or something

there is no best time, that just depens on your body. Some like to run/lift weights in the morning, some do it at night. That really just depens on how you feel. If you run, run at a slower speed but for 45 min plus I'd say. Dependin on your fitness you could start with 30 minutes and increase it later on. To run once a week is like the minimum, if you want quicker success I'd suggest runnin twice a week. Combinated with a good weight lifting routine, it should help you 2 get in shape.

No that is not possible
Bah that's a myth. I've done it, a lot of people have done it. Clean eating is key. Of course if you have a lot of fat it will take longer to reach a cut state then it could with a cutting/bulking cycle.

if you would read my post correctly you'd see I say it's not possible if you reached a certain stage already....if you just start to work out, it'S a different story.

I read it over again and that's not what I gathered from it, still if that's what you meant then i kinda agree with you, no point in bickerin over it.
