yeh i was thinking about doing that but i do struggle a bit like i need a spot for my last couple of sets so i think ill keep doing this weight for a little while longer and then ill add a bit more
Some skinny bloke in my avatar. I don't know who. And the only reps I do nowdays is when I lift my pint. I do about 20 reps per pint, and I perform the action between 8 to 12 times in a night. So 20 reps; 8-12 sets.
I do mean to start weights again. But then I'll be starting again on 60kg, with 6 reps; 3 sets. Until I get a bit stronger. But who know when that will be. Maybe I'lll make it a new years resoultion.
