How much do you bench?

I can do 135lb about five times or so, don't know what my max is. It's horrible, but I'm skinny and don't lift weights so leave me alone. :mad:

you fat fuck..... nah im just playing.
i weigh 160 and dont really wanna do any gym-stuff because i get pretty buff doing sports and shit. all the weigh-bearing exercise i do is done throughout my day while i dont even realise it.

I do 65KG at the gym but thats at 15 reps unsupported don't know how much i could do with just one rep and someone spotting me?? maybe about 80- 90 KG, don't see the point though, you can't really get much outta one rep of something apart from trying to look hard.

My brother used to do 150kg, don't know what that is in lbs. And that was 3 sets of 5-10.

I can do 60kg, yes I'm a pussy, at 3 sets of 5-10. However I am a skinny little fuck and I only weigh 65kg.

Again I don't know how many lbs that is. I think I weigh about 10 stone which times 14 = 140. So maybe that's it.

i think am the same frame as you Pittsey. am on 65kg bang on,
i dont normally bench press heavy weights but i think my heaviest was about 60kg maybe 3-5 reps though. although am sure when i read the Mens Helath magazines they said an average fit man should be able to bench press his weight atleast once. so that made me feel abit better :)

I don't do bench press with a barbell I do it with dumbells, I use 30 kg dumbells for reps. Most I ever benched with a barbell was 95 kg's for two reps, was a while back though.

i weigh around 69kg i think thats like 157 pounds and i bench 60kg for reps i do 8 reps and i do 3 sets my max bench is about 70-75 kg so its well above my bodyweight

If you can do 8 reps you're wasting energy. Add some more weight to that bar.
