Well I'm 5' 3", I weigh 105lb., I'm not quite sure on the % of body fat, and I work out twice a week. I guess I'm around "recommened" body weight. I'm not really looking towards getting thinner, but I want to work on my ab's more and my legs. I'm a short distance runner in Track and I'm trying to somewhat prepare myself for it. So there's my goal.

I'm in 5 times a day

Current: 6'1 165 I don't know my body percentage fat

Goal: 6'1 185

I wanna be fucking huge
6'1 185 would stop you looking underweight. It would not make you fucking huge. If you are training properly and eating like a horse you wouldn't weigh 165.

I am 5'11 and about 185lbs. I'm a powerlifter and I hope one day to win a British title but I'm a long way from reaching this goal. I train three times a week. Here is my schedule:

WEDNESDAY: Squat, Bench, Pull Ups
FRIDAY: Deadlift, Bent Over Rows, Military Press
SUNDAY: Squat, Bench, Pull Ups

I use 5 reps for all assistance exercises and vary the volume and intensity of my main lifts. I usually favour a high volume, low intensity phase emphasising technique using 5X5, gradually increasing the intensity while lowering the volume until after a few months I go for a single. I don't do any cardio as my GPP is adequate and I'm healthy enough and haven't yet reached the status of fat ass.

You've gotta understand though that I'm not an average looking 165-pounder. I look more built than somebody who's naturally at that weight. Me getting to 185 would make me huge.

I get where you're getting what you said though, because 6 ft 160 is said to be normal for most males, but it really depends on the person.

Im 6'3 about 125kgs im guessing my % of body fat would be around 20-30 thats what im guessing i dont go to the gym but i do squats, push ups and the such at home i also play Bball and indoor soccer i think im gonna have to incorperate more cardio into my weekly routine to burn the fat around my stomach as i dont think sit ups alone would work!!! Funny thing is i have really toned arms and legs and i look kinda like E.T with my stomach lol hopefully thats gonna change

You do realise that you can't spot reduce fat - fat cannot be burned off specific areas. Sit ups are a waste of time if ou ask me. Cardio and diet is the best way to lose fat healthily.

I go 4 times a week and I am aiming to put on more size and get better muscle definition.

At the moment I'm 6"2' and weigh 94kgs (207lbs). I want to get to about 100-105kgs, with a low body fat percentage. This is hard, as I'm trying to do it without gear.

At the moment I usually train about 5 times a week but only for about 20 - 30 mins each time. This is best for me because of work etc. What kind of supplements do you guys take if any?

I'm just starting to take cyclone by maximuscle, it's an all in one type of supplement, it's got creatine, glutamine and protein etc, but I've taken almost everything at some point, apart from steroids,

I usually workout 5 times a week at home but it all depends on my routine and working hours. I have a few benches, barbells, dumbbells and about 800lbs of free weights in my basement :)
