I wanna know how many more people on here a re serious trainers.
Vote on the poll then tell everyone where you are right now and your future goals.

Now: I'm 6 2" I weigh 180 pounds and have a bodyfat % of 12%

My aim: 190 pounds with a bodyfat % of 10%

Your goals can be anything including for a certain sport, so let us know, oh and by the way I go to the 6 times a week for about an hour and a half session each time.

I never go less than twice a week, sometimes I manage up to 4 times but it depends what I've got on really. Generally when I go I do classes and then spend up to an hour in the actual gym.

I try to make it at a minimum of three times a week, but in between work and school, my schedule is kind of hectic, so I can't make it all the time as much as I want, but I usually manage to squeeze in at least three times a week.

6 1" and 185 pounds will look awesome if you keep your fat percentage at around 10%, good luck my friend :thumb:

im 6 foot 170 pounds and an "unhealthy" body fat of just 8%

i do cardio three times a week training on mondays wednesdays and do crosscountry every saturday morning.
I try to go the gym once every two days but if i get down there 10 -12 times a month i don't feel guilty. I run there and back (about 4km) so i don't have to do any cardio once there just have to do my weights. I do twenty minutes on legs, obliques delts and some abs work for my chosen sport (cricket) and follow a program set by my coaches at county to help me get stronger and faster plus less injusry prone. Then just do 40 minutes of general weights biceps triceps, dead lift and bench press etc. Ive lost 6 % of my body fat and gained almost two stone in about 18 months (it ain't easy) but can honestly say im quite happy where i am don't wanna get too big and lose speed so jsut lookin to maintain.

I hit the gym three times a week with this split.

Monday:Leg day.
Wednesday:Chest, biceps, triceps.
Friday:back, shoulders.

I'm at about 85 kgs now with an estimated bodyfat % of 15-20% (i put on fat easy). I have no goal really, except for gaining muscle and losing fat, but I'd like to be at around 100 kgs with like 10% bodyfat. I'd still keep lifting after I reach that though

It depends a lot on if i'm busy or not; on holidays i go like 6 times a week, but when i have exams i stop going at all... Btw, I had my last exams this afternoon, so I should start again tomorrow, but i'm sooo lazy. The last time I went was like 3 weeks ago :(
