Blacks are not good at playing hockey, look guys like Anson Carter and Mike Grier those guys are maybe the most talented of the nhl, it's just not their sport, stay in basket football and baseball that's enough.

There haven't been many great black hockey players in the NHL, however, Jarome Iginla, who's father was black, is one of the premier players in the league.

And btw, in the mid 50's, the first black player joined the NHL.

So whooo ahhhh

huh??? we have red lines and blue lines...shut up, there's a lot of color :thumb:

but i don't understand what you wanna say...hockey never had a lot of black players like baseball did...

the NHL didn't segregate players, there was no NegroHL, just because there was not too many black players playing hockey back in the 1950'S...
On the other hand, Baseball's league(however it was called) didn't accept blacks, while the NHL never had that "policy'... there wasn't much fuss about the first black player in the NHL, because nobody cared what color you were/are

Exactly. Canada never had the black population that the states did back in the 50's and 60's. Hence the reason for few black players today. On the other hand, there's currently many black youths in Canada, so most likely we'll be seeing them in the league in the years to come.

hockey is and will always be shit.:p

definitly. i fuckin hate baseball. thats one sport i cant watch. boooooring.

btw black players in the nhl would seem fucking weird to me. i can see them in football, soccer and basketball. even kinda in baseball. but in hockey? not really. people from north are white and hockey = north sport. (does this make sense?)
