Technology Fastest way to send large files to someone?

Just wondering what is the fastest way to send a large file to someone. I want to send a 700, 000 mb file to a friend, and I was going to use yousendit and e-mail it to him but it's gonna take a hell of a long time to upload a file that size. Is there a faster way or am I stuck using yousendit?

megaupload.com has a 500 mb limit, and I actually didn't think to rar it, lol I'm dumb

try using a messenger with him like msn.leave your messenger up will sending a file thru that.i snet plenty of movies that way

But how long will that take? I only have a limited time, I can't stay on the computer all night, but I guess I'm gonna have to since yousendit takes forever anyway

well how can you burn video files to a cd, don't you need to burn it on a dvd? You can't watch it from a cd. please explain what you mean

just a quick note.when it comes to uploading,the speed is determined mainly by your ISP. So sending it through yousendit as opposed to megaupload or msn really makes no difference.If there is a speed factor,it is usually very small and insignificant,unless their server is a piece of crap.

Just get him to install Serve-U, get him to make you an account, get an FTP client and upload the file to him. Thats the best way, you dont have to deal with limits on sites.

www.sharebigfile.com is fastest for me www.megaupload.com is slow as fuck.

you can Send files via "MIRC", it's the fastest way in my opinion

The burning CD thing Soopa Coopa suggested is probably the best.

I should've thought of that since I have a lot of movies stored on CDs.
