Schweinsteiger made a huge step this season. Hes probably the best defensive midfielder. And you guys can say what you want. He plays every single game, runs like 11 kilometres, is never injured, makes no mistakes....superb.

Schweinsteiger played two good international tournaments and sure he made some good games for Munich. However, he didnt show the consistency he has now on a different position which makes him a great player.

You know, after this season i totally think its possible. First weve got to see how we will finish the league and the cup final.

tbh i was surprised when i first saw that he was being played in central midfield. i always saw him as a skillful winger. But he did play as a central midfielder earlier in his career right or before he broke into the Bayern first team? i think its his more natural position

I dont know what position he played in the youth team but since he played for the first team, he always played on the right side.
