for running,it will increase your indurance thats for sure,but at the same time it will slow you down because of the water weight you'll be putting on.
That's a real dilemma right there. I've gotta run full suicides in 25 seconds and am not sure if I wanna trade speed for endurance. I'll probably do what radkin said and just take a smaller dosage of it.
