Correct me if i'm wrong, but basically Skittle's point is that 1 month dedicated to the efforts and achievement of 1 "race" (in this case African-Americans) is somewhat racist in that it deals with 1 race only. And this is true. It is "racist" by the definition of the word (although few people seem to mind that these days, they use the word freely on every occasion).
But it's still a fact that people with dark skin colour were opressed by dominating European and early American (Euro-American) society for a long time. And this "black history month" deals with the how those people responded to that and the general "fight for rights"
In the end, this has jack all to do with skin colour, but with human rights.
