What's the slow up on the 2nd coming you guys talk about? Jesus already came and then died back then and came back. So how is it the 2nd coming the next time? Plus, Jesus said one shall be taken and the other left! But that didnt even happen when Jesus came back from the dead as the story reads. Matter of fact explian to me why come you are still a Christian. I used to be one myself.

I am a Catholic and let me tell you, for me, the 2nd Coming (Judgement Day where Christs separates good & evil and battles the anti-Christ) is a traditional/myth/folklore type of thing. Most do not take it to be true. The important thing is what Jesus came for, what he preached, and that we take it to heart in our lives.

The real christianity is in the cohesion with a science. You can't blame the Christians who live today for the mistakes and the sins of those in the past, in the first row, Roman Catholics.

because i don't believe in god means i don't have a purpose? What purpose does a religious person have over me? Does believing in a higher being allow a person to get more money? More children? I don't get it

Every man has a purpose. But, every man's life has not the purpose. You make a difference by your own choice. Life under God's guidance is not the same as the one without. It's not all about outer parameters. It has to be something inside which is more important.
