That away goal will be a huge boost and advantage to Chelsea.

You would think that he would have learned from the Luton game. what an idiot. It wouldnt have been half as bad if Chelsea equalized with a good strike but to gift them a goal like that. arrrrrrrgh.

It comes down the fact that Riise,A well paid professional footballer, cannot kick the football with his right foot. Instead he stupidly chose to head it out. He should swung his right boot at it and lashed it out into the stand. It really is pathetic.

Okay here are my impressions.

Both coaches sucked balls.

Grant had absolutely no match plan, unless you consider "kicking the ball infront and hoping that Drogba does something with it, having 50m between Drogba and the rest of the team" some kind of tactic.

And fuck that fat pinguin for ruining Liverpool's win.
When you have a kid infront who ran and got banged up for 90 minutes and he's barely standing up because of his tiredness, you take him out, put a fresh pair of legs in and tell him to put pressure on. When you are leading by a goal in the 90th minute, you make a change, whatever the change may be.

^Shut the fuck up. You can call anyone on the Liverpool an idiot except Gerrard, Riise and Hyypia. (I'd add X.Alonso, but he hasn't been around as long as those 3).

He was heading it away correctly, his body position was alright, it's just that the ball had some spin.

Anyways, to me, Benitez made 'Pool not win the game.

People should focus on his inability to fucking manage a team instead of a mistake by a guy who hasn't played a lot because that big fat waiter likes FABIO AURELIO better than Riise... talk about an idiot.

Fuck him. I hate him.

Eh? He had space to kick it away, he fucked up his header. Riise has been weak for ages, I've been saying it for years

Not many defenders would have attempted such a risky clearance in front of goal, the ball was not exactly high off the ground.

I been following the champions league from Sydney so had to get up in the middle of the night to watch the semi and i fell asleep late in the second half. i woke up today convinced liverpool won, i cant believe riise scored an OG right in front of the KOP, priceless

Yeah Cech is an amazing keeper, but overall, Chelsea never seem to have a match plan... They seem to play 9-0-1 at times kicking the ball far on Drogba and he loses it after his first touch.

After Cole and Malouda(I think) came out, they started to have some kind of game.

Man what a bench Chelsea has...It could be considered an all star team by itself.

Cech made a few good saves but he is nowhere as strong as he was coming out for the ball. I think that head injury he received last season has affected him.He is more hesistant when rushing out for the ball.I thought he could have been out quicker for Kuyt's goal.
