Any one else got a new Zune yet? Im gonna be one of very few people outside of the USA to own one as its only being released in the USA. I have the 4GB version because I have no use for anything bigger.

The interface is pretty nice, I had a play around with it in the Microsoft company store, nice big font size as the 4/8GB have a pretty small screen. Looks quite simple to use.

Im looking forward to the wireless syncing, also it interacts with the XBox 360 which will be a nice feature.

Ive not used it yet as Im still in Seattle at the moment.

I can't remember ever seeing that thing here.
Is it something like Microsoftish Ipod?
It looks exactly like all those Chinese 10$ mp4 players imo

For some reason, Microsoft has only released them in the US.

I've not had any problem with it. I quite like the user interface it has, its simple but made fun by the touch pad, im flicking through tracks like pages in a book. I did feel that it looked cheap when I first got it, but on further inspection its quite nice in design. They also wrote "Hello From Seattle" on the back of the Zune in small writing at the bottom. I've actually find Syncing in Zune player alot easier than in iTunes, especially with it being WiFi. I can also use the WiFi to connect it to the Xbox 360 and stream the music from there into the Xbox. Also it plays WMV files, No more file conversion!

I should have purchased the 8gb version though, I had slightly more music than I expected.

In regards to the 360 remark, all MP3 players interact with the 360, any USB device does. I plug my ipod into the 360 and stream the audio from it when I need.

Yeah but not wirelessly :D

Looks nice though, how well does the touch pad thing work?
Its pretty good, if you scroll in a direction it will scroll, if you flick your finger on it, it scroll through quicks. use flicks to skip track. scroll up and down for volume.

Yes it plays mp3s etc. I am wishing I got one with a bigger screen as I have a tonne of porn in wmv format.
