Your right Kings an Lakers are gonna run it next year. I see the Maloof brothers fired Adelman. Aint is fault They traded Peja away an Webber. he fit with that team.

I didn't shed one tear, what happened, happened. I picked both those teams to lose in the 1st round. They just got beat by better teams.

As for the Lakers CHOAKING, blame that on Kobe.

I was actually kind of kidding in my post because I thought LS was exaggerating, but you confirmed that ALOT of people actually CRY when their favorite sports team loses. Seriously, what kind of loser would cry at a game meant for entertainment.

ive seen people do it, during basketball games, football (superbowl) but the most in soccer. I went to a soccer game in texas in 94 and it was argentina vs. brazil. and after argentina lost and shit, i saw MAD people crying in the stadium, while leaving and etc.

I think for a lot of soccerfans it's more than just entertainment. When Ajax looses i'm really pissed, but crying: no.

A lot of people go and see a movie for entertainment and cry don't they? Sports has a lot of emotion. I've heard of soccer fans killing themselves after a big loss.

Well yeah, people cry to sad movies, but crying to your favorite sports team losing a game is the eqivalent to someone crying at the defeat of their favorite comicbook superhero.

I cryed when the lakers fell to the Pistons back in the 80's..was dark days. But i did not cry when the Lakers blew it to the suns, i didnt have real high hopes that they could close the series out, there just not a team yet and until that happens they will never be any better than sub 500.

no, it is not. comicbook is fiction. sports is real life. some fans invest a lot of emotion into their teams throughout the season and the end result is either joy or pain.

Choaking is a term in sports where a player, competetor, or team are very close to winning and then just blow it. That's what happened to the Lakers they figured out how to beat the Suns(which is to drain the clock and take shots with a few seconds left). And it worked because they were leading 3-1, and then after Raja Bell said that stuff about Kobe, Kobe was going to go out and take control of the game, and just block whatever Phil Jackson's gameplan was. That took the other players out of the groove they were in, and it felt the the regular season all over again.
