it wont let me restore to an earlier point and this dialog box keeps poppin up

does anyone kno anything about it? any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

Do you have adware? Spybot search and destroy? or microsoft's anti-spyware? If not I suggest you d/l them asap and run them all

I would run the programs under safe mode. Just restart your computer and hold the "f8" key and start safe mode;.
