ok, my comp has 512 mb of ram and 2.4 ghz processor speed....but still, my comp manages to lag alot...when i click on my computer, it takes a while for the computer to list the files...maybe im expecting too much from it, but when i click on my music folder which has about 213 folders inside of it that are albums, i expect it to open up instantly and not have to load anything....
other than that, it takes about 10 seconds for a program like aim, or even firefox to open up....there's also alotta lag....now, at firsti thought it was a lack of RAM..but 512 isnt enough??? then i dled something called freeram booster....its docked in my taskbar and constantly tells me how much ram i have left free....alot of times it says 105 or so and the computer is still lagging....
so i was wondering, do i need more ram?? i've checked for viruses, spyware, etc. nothing turns up....i have a 120 gig HD, and have about 20 gigs free....could that be my problem?
