what are sum good ways to have better balance???

i have this ting where when im on a train or bus and when it jerks i cant stand still while other people can (its embrassed when that happen)...i tink i have poor balance and coordination and want to know if i could correct this and how...im tinking bout getting a balance board but will that work???? need advice thnz!!:)

i think you are taking this way too seriously...you cant keep balance because the bus is jerking..thats normal! i say stop worrying about it

fuck the doctor.

Do core stabalization work outs. Everything from dumbell presses on the ball to curls on a balance bord. There are so many work outs you can do for core stab. that people dont do or do not relize the positive effects it can have.

Try standing up on 1 leg for a certain amount of time then switch. Make sure 2 keep ur abes tight also.
